We have had the opportunity to work with Sam twice over the years. Once was to help us with a check that was accidentally written to a recently closed account during a move. The company did not attempt to locate us and sent us directly to collections. Sam quickly worked with the agency to clear up th...e legal charges and debt, keeping us from having to pay outrageous fines and going to court. The second time we had to use him was after our daughter had a serious traffic infraction involving a law enforcement officer. Sam didn't go after the police, as though they were at fault, he worked with Courtney-her admitting her mistake and asking for a second chance, he put us to work; collecting documents, letters, etc. to be able to get the job done properly. He then went to the judge, admitted her wrongdoing and asked for leniency and forgiveness. He pled her case, with respect and fairness to all involved. The results were nothing less than positive. He strongly encouraged our daughter; reminding her that she's human and that she can learn from her mistakes gave her a bar to reach for. She has had a renewed sense of social & personal responsibility. Sam believes that everyone, guilty or innocent, deserves the best defense they can. His outlook on life and people is so positive and contagious. He believes in his clients and it shows in his work and character.
