Jeremy J Bishop

Jeremy J. Bishop hails from Tri-Cities, where he earned honors at Kamiakin High School. His academic journey continued with distinction, culminating in a B.A. in Sociology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, where he graduated Cum Laude. Jeremy’s commitment to excellence persisted through his legal education at Seattle University School of Law, where he once again graduated Cum Laude in 2005. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association that year, followed by admission to the U.S. Eastern District of Washington in 2007.

After completing law school, Jeremy returned to Tri-Cities, driven by a desire to contribute to his community while raising his family in familiar surroundings. He embarked on his legal career at another firm before becoming an integral part of the esteemed Roach & Bishop. As a partner at the firm, Jeremy’s legal expertise encompasses a variety of areas, including Personal Injury, Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, Business, Mediation and Adoption. Jeremy now focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Probate, Adoption, and Mediation.

Jeremy is an active member of the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice, where he’s contributed to the New Member Committee. His passion for criminal defense law led him to the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he’s shared insights in various seminars.

Jeremy is a valued member of the Tri-City Estate Planning Council, serving as President in 2026. His commitment to community welfare is further evidenced by his role on the Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County. Jeremy also gives back to the coummunity by volunteering for Benton Franklin Legal Aid's Family Law clinics.

Outside of law, Jeremy nurtures his love for sports, a passion cultivated during his college years as a baseball team captain. Pre-law school, he learned the values of hard work through experiences in his father’s construction company.

In his leisure, Jeremy coached high school football and supported his children’s sports activities. He now spends his free time enjoying quality time with his wife, traveling to see his adult children, and spending time with extended family throughout the Pacific Northwest.
