Thomas was the person who we first met to help me in getting my I485 done. He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us through the whole process. I went with Tom Roach and his team a long journey from R-1 application to a Green Card. It was initial R-1 application, than extension (with additional request for evidence), than it was I-360 (change of status) application (again request for evidence), than Green Card application I-485. Every time I... knew that Tom Roach and his team are doing the best job. I could see how professional they are and how they pay attention to every detail. My Green Card application was a little problematic, because my son is handicapped and it is probability that he can become a "public charge". Unfortunately in our case it became an issue since we were immigrating through employment. But again Tom and his associates knew what to do. And my application was approved. I also appreciate that Tom allowed me to make monthly payments so it wouldn't be a burden for our family budget. It was a great experience and great lawyer who provides great service in every aspect.
