I hired and worked with Jeremy for the past 5 years and there is not one bad thing I can say about him. He is the type of man that will tell you the honest truth; he actually listens to what you have to say and to your concerns. I mean if he tells you he’s going to get it done and not to worry you be...st believe him because that’s exactly what he did for me. If I had any questions about anything I would email Martha his assistant and she was ALWAYS quit to respond back with an answer. Jeremy handled my divorce. On my first visit to him, he advised me that in the present circumstance we could not really afford to get divorced. This prompted me to change my circumstances and then I returned and hired him. He was excellent! He is very principled and honest. I also found him to be... very responsible with costs. He does not drive costs up unnecessarily. He was also very swift to respond to serious issues, even when he was on vacation. The divorce process is confusing and upsetting, and I wish that he had been a little more clear on a few things (or his expectations of a few things) but in the end it worked out well. I would hire him again and recommend him without reservation. It's rare to find a lawyer with as much integrity as he has.

He makes it a point to listen carefully to your concerns, worries, and goals and takes that into account in order to best represent you. He will not force his opinion on you and demand that you do it his way. He... is quick to respond to questions and requests and will treat you as if you were his only client even though he is very busy with multiple cases. Jeremy is a man of integrity. You can trust him. His goal is to best represent you, not himself. The client comes first.

My ex had requested a child support modification where she wanted almost 3x's what I was already paying and was way more then she needed! The state had already reviewed both of our incomes and expenses and had decided to double my child support, which I thought wasn't right either. I was in complete ...agreement that I should pay more but it still needed to be fair. At my consultation while reviewing the paperwork Jeremy noticed that the state did not take into accountability that I have another 2 biological children with my wife that I obviously help support and adding my other 2 children to the paperwork calculation should have lowered my child support amount to where is should have been. They e-mailed or called us every time something new was going on and to keep us in the loop about what my ex , her attorney and the state wanted to do. And they didn't nickel and dime us every time they called, emailed or sent us something. In fact they only charged us for his time in court, with the other attorney or doing paperwork. Most attorneys I've ever dealt with charged me every time we spoke or emailed so it was so nice to get my bills and see that they were not doing this. By the time everything was done Jeremy got the child support payment amount EXACTLY where he said it should be when we first met at my first Consultation! My family and I are very happy with all the work that Jeremy and Lindsey did. I would hire him again in a heart beat and will recommend him in the future to anyone looking for a great attorney!

I was suddenly served a notice to appear - my ex-husband was filing for 50/50 Custody of our two girls. From our very first meeting Jeremy was concise in his direction and what he felt were the best options I should go ahead with. He was very quick at following up with any issues discussed in our meetings. I usually had a response that same day. When it came time to argue our case to the Judge – Jeremy was amazing! He was able to recite my history, key facts as to why 50/50 was not the best option for the children, and recite quotes from the Ex’s testimony that proved it was not the best choice – and this was all with no notes!! The judge agreed with Jeremy in that 50/50 was not the best choice. With a lot of help from Jeremy’s assistant I was able to get a revised parenting plan that the ex agreed with.
