I enjoy working with clients to provide a clear road map to their success, whether in business, real estate transactions or the development of an effective estate plan. Working as an in-house lawyer for small businesses has provided me with direct and first-hand knowledge of the work and drive necessary to make a small business succeed and the challenges that small business owners experience, as well as the issues that small business owners face with regard to succession planning for the transition of ownership. I approach client representation with the same drive.
I enjoy sailing, flyfishing and snow skiing as well as family activities.

True legal professional
I have had the opportunity (or not) to work with several attorneys in the past.
