Matthew Dudley helped me with my child custody case a couple years back. All has been -for the most part working out great. He won my case with ease & appreciated him having my back. I will always call on him & give him referrals. What was wonderful about Matthew was that he is pretty much opposit...e of me, he is unemotional straightforward cut to the chase get to the facts makes valid points from a very intuitive, acute and brilliant mind. (His office isn't perfect but what brilliant minds' office ever is)? Lol! Spokane is lucky to have him.

Our family has used Matthew in two custody cases. Both times he has won the legal battle. He is efficient and very timely in getting the papers filed, getting court dates and doing the job you hired him for. As for his demeanor, I just remind myself to give him the facts he asks for and no chit chat.... After all, he's hired to win a legal battle for you, not burn up the clock. So if you want to be a winner in the battle Matthew Dudley is your man!

Matthew came highly recommended from fellow co-workers who hired him and one who opposed him and lost. He delivered as advertise. He is straight to the point, and his grasp of legal issues and family law is outstanding. His court delivery and preparation is exactly what you need in court. Your ar...guments to the court will be delivered as needed. He is a busy lawyer but will be ready when the time comes to represent you. The added bonus is he does not "nickel and dime" you for every little fee like I have had with other lawyers.

I hired Matthew to represent me and file a parenting plan. He did exactly that, represented me. I have read some other reviews and find it funny that he has any bad reviews. His personality may be hard to adjust to for some, but his knowledge of law and thorough approach are what you are looking for.... He is honest and upfront. He will not waste your time and expects the same. Speaking from my experience as a single father who now has my daughter exactly half time, I can't say that someone else would have represented me as fully or as well as Matthew did. He took the time to understand my situation and was my daughters advocate just as much as he was paid to be mine. I can't recommend him enough and say that you don't want to see him representing the other party. Cheers Matthew.

Mr. Dudley has represented friends of mine in the past and they have been happy with his services and so I chose to retain him for parenting plan disputes with my ex. Mr. Dudley was next to impossible to reach on the phone and when I was able to reach him he was rude. I was willing to deal with his a...ttitude though if he was at least good at representing me. Half the time he did not keep me up to date on what was happening with my case. At one time my ex was trying to move out of state with my child. Mr. Dudley told me that there was nothing I could do to stop her so I went to a different attorney to get a second opinion. The second attorney told me that I absolutely could stop my ex from moving out of state with my child so I retained him and won. If it had been left up to Mr. Dudley my child would be GONE! I believe that Mr. Dudley was once a very good lawyer, but he seems to have lost his passion. Thankfully I fired Mr. Dudley before seeking custody of my child. I would not recommend him to anyone.
