Gina Maria Costello

I hired Gina to do a really complicated custody case. Let me start out by saying the reason why I hired Gina, I had been trying to do this case on my own. Everytime I went into the court room I saw Gina in action with her other clients. I told my husband that I wish I could have her as my attorney. G...ina even helped me before I hired her. She would tell me little things I could do because she saw I was doing it by myself. When I finally hired Gina she worked so hard for me, she went above and beyond what a normal attorney would do. Gina actually cares about her clients. I can't say enough about her. To make a long story short I won custody of my daughter and I know it would not have happened if it wasn't for Gina.

Gina handled the third party custody of my son, although I was on the other side of this and opposing to her client, she was considerate and thoughtful. It was the worst day of my life in one respect and the best day. I still get to be part of his life, he is well taken care of and my grandmother has... custody. What was clear to me, was she really was working in the best interest of my son, she was knowledgeable and considerate. Although she represented my grandmother, had her best interest at heart, she was a professional with compassion towards me. With that said, Thank you Gina, my family is doing great, I am clean and sober, I have a great relationship with my son and see him all the time. This could have torn my family apart and instead was a saving grace. Think of you often with gratitude.

I had two cases at the same time. One divorce and one criminal case. I was married to a difficult man at whose hands I suffered emotional and physical abuse for years. My husband had an affair with my (ex) best criend and had me arrested claiming assault and was intent on the worst punishment I could... get. Gina took both of my cases and worked on them in unison for until the final resolution. At a dark period in my life, she encouraged me and talked me "off the ledge" many times. She encouraged me to get domestic violence counseling and truly cared about my emotional well-being. It saved my life. When I went to court on the criminal charge, both the prosecutor and the judge told me what an awesome job my attorney did for me. It was a better outcome than I could have imagined. I signed my divorce papers today and again, the outcome was in my favor and nothing short of a miracle. I will always consider Gina my angel. Its a rare find in the legal business. Gina Costello and her staff are highly recommend by my father and myself to anyone who needs a lawyer! Gina helped my elderly father through a very very hard divorce, my father was not always the most cooperative client . In fact sometimes he was downright rude and mean.
