Gina is a wonderful attorney. She was my advocate through an incredibly difficult and ongoing child custody case. Gina fought for me, she has helped keep my child safe and made the process much less difficult than anyone else could have. She listened to me, and I felt like I was a valued client at al...l times. Gina has drawn me to her since the day I saw her in the court room working on other cases not mine. At that time I wanted to talk to her about my situation but didn't because IBM super shy person. The day I figured out I needed a lawyer Gina was my first call. Walking into her office I was so surpri...se to see her as this was truly meant to be myb lawyer. Since that day Gina as offered on so much guidance on how to finally finish this awful parenting plan and also help win full custody of my kids as this is a very hurtful case being my ex is a substance abuser. I hired Gina in January to finish up on a child custody case. 9 months and $5000 later there has been little or no work done on the case. Not a single request sent to the opposing part for any information. One deposition scheduled then cancelled 1/2 an hour before it was supposed to happen, never res...cheduled. Then 60 days before we are supposed to be in trial, she files an notice to withdraw from the case. I found her to be rude and abusive when talking with her, she has cussed out my wife and I over the phone and despite her promises to knowing exactly how to bring this whole thing to a resolution has put us further behind and in a deeper hole than we ever could have imagined. Now even a simple request like did mediation get scheduled and if so when is it scheduled is completely ignored. I finally had to call the attorney I think is being used for mediation and ask their staff if there's an appointment because my attorney can't even respond to that. Hiring Gina was by far the worst mistake we made in this entire process.

My ex decided to serve me with paperwork on a Friday at close of business to go back on a verbal agreement we had over custody of our three children. Me living out of town made it rather interesting and since I only had a couple days to get things together I did some quick research and found Gina Cos...tello and decided to hire her. I'm glad I did because we had to attend an emergency hearing by the following Wednesday and Gina came to the rescue. We have another hearing since that one and it turned out in my favor again. My ex and her lawyer are using every avenue to continue this case and Gina will be representing me yet again in October 2016.

I hired Gina to redo a parenting plan. She told me should could get it done quick and it turned into several months. The service was poor and her employees called back after weeks of emails and left voicemails. They were not professional, talking to me about their other clients after they left the of...fice. When it was time to sign the final documents, I made corrections to it 4 times before the mistakes were corrected, they couldn't seem to spell my kids names right. And I was charged the entire time she made corrections to the document. The final bill included several charges that were not accurate. I highly suggest that you take your money elsewhere. I wish I had.
