Great attorney for survivors of abuse

A lot of attorneys don’t bother getting to know their client or really try to build a good attorney/client relationship but this is not the case for Gina. She genuinely cares about your story and well being. She will recommend you get into a domestic violence support group and seek therapy to heal fr...om the harrowing experience of an abusive relationship because she has your best interests at heart and wants your emotional health to be a priority. She is blunt and straight forward but that’s a good thing, you don’t want an attorney who just tells you what you want to hear. At my first meeting with Gina, she told me exactly what her plan was and had a draft of the declaration written up by the end already. Her communication is great and she leaves you feeling informed instead of in the dark and unaware of what she plans to do. She understands what abusers do and seems to know how to counter it. So far after hiring Gina I am very happy and confident that she will represent me to the very best of her ability and help keep myself and my child as safe as possible under the circumstances.

Great Experience with Gina!

Gina has been my lawyer for the past couple of years and has represented me in quite a few instances involving my ex-wife and our child. She has helped in mediation, parenting plan revision, child support modification, contempt charges, relocation issues, etc. My situation has not been a walk in the ...park. There have been several times throughout the last couple of years where I will admit that I questioned the direction that Gina wanted to take things, but each time I trusted her and I am so glad I did. When I first came to Gina I only had my daughter every other weekend and alternating holidays. With Gina's guidance, I eventually gained 50% custody of my daughter and I am now the custodial parent, having my daughter the majority of the time. Obviously the actions of my ex played into how everything worked out but Gina was spot on each and every time that she gave me advice. It is intimidating trying to find a good lawyer but Gina and her team have worked exceptionally hard for me and things would not be where they are today without their efforts. I cannot say thank you enough! I would definitely recommend Gina to anyone who is in need of a good Family Law Lawyer.

Gina and her staff are amazing

I hired Gina to help with my child custody case. She and her staff have done an amazing job with helping with my case. They are always on top of keeping me updated with what is going on and if I have a question or concern they get back to me fast with an answer. I couldn't have asked for a better law...yer. Gina and her staff truly care about their clients and what they are going through. They try their best to make their clients lives easier and less stressful. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone who is going through any kind of child custody. She will not only care about you but most importantly she will care about your children as she has done for mine.

Excellent results

My son, wife, and I were clients of Gina's involved in a child custody case for my grandson and granddaughter. At the start Gina told us we would need to trust her and follow her legal advice in order to have the best results and outcome. My son, being younger and having little understanding of the l...egal system as well as being very worried for the welfare of his 2 children, was sometimes oppositional towards that advice. But Gina was able to get him, with our input as well, to stay the course and ultimately we prevailed and won the case. Had we veered from our attorney's advice and plan I believe we would have lost the case. We can never thank Gina and her team enough for the excellent outcome. We won full custody of both children and this exceeded our expectations. Thanks again Gina.

Excellant Legal Representation

I left an abusive marriage about five years ago. My ex-husband was able to get a restraining order against me and take our four children by claiming I was homeless and on drugs. A friend suggested that I contact Gina Costello. After consulting with Gina I hired her. She and her staff were a godsend. ...I was in such a vulnerable state. Gina not only represented me exceptionally well in court but also gave me invaluable advice to keep me safe, help my children to heal and protected me emotionally in court. If I had paid double her fees, it would have been worth every penny and then some. Another thing that I really respect about Gina is the way she brings her values into her business and into the courtroom. Gina is fighting the good fight. I can't say enough good things. I am just so grateful that I found Gina Costello.
