My son, wife, and I were clients of Gina's involved in a child custody case for my grandson and granddaughter. At the start Gina told us we would need to trust her and follow her legal advice in order to have the best results and outcome. My son, being younger and having little understanding of the l...egal system as well as being very worried for the welfare of his 2 children, was sometimes oppositional towards that advice. But Gina was able to get him, with our input as well, to stay the course and ultimately we prevailed and won the case. Had we veered from our attorney's advice and plan I believe we would have lost the case. We can never thank Gina and her team enough for the excellent outcome. 1 year ago I had almost given up hope of seeing my two kids more than 1 week a month.My kids were in Spokane and I was fighting my case from Boise Idaho.Every other attorney that I had talked to, had told me that there was no way that I would get them.I was told that the only way I would have a chanc...e of getting them more, is if I moved to Spokane.I contacted Gina and explained to her my situation and asked her for her help.Gina told me that she would take me on and help me get my kids back from my ex wife.12 months later, here I am I have full custody of my kids and still reside in Boise Idaho.After everyone else said it could not be done, she said it could and we WON!!!

I hired Gina in January to finish up on a child custody case. 9 months and $5000 later there has been little or no work done on the case. Not a single request sent to the opposing part for any information. One deposition scheduled then cancelled 1/2 an hour before it was supposed to happen, never res...cheduled. Then 60 days before we are supposed to be in trial, she files an notice to withdraw from the case. I found her to be rude and abusive when talking with her, she has cussed out my wife and I over the phone and despite her promises to knowing exactly how to bring this whole thing to a resolution has put us further behind and in a deeper hole than we ever could have imagined. Now even a simple request like did mediation get scheduled and if so when is it scheduled is completely ignored. I finally had to call the attorney I think is being used for mediation and ask their staff if there's an appointment because my attorney can't even respond to that. Hiring Gina was by far the worst mistake we made in this entire process.
