better then Law & Order

My case was a case that many of us go threw in the work place,The objective of doing our job to the best of our ability and try to make long term goals to move up in the company, and all of the sudden you are told your not needed anymore with no reasons behind it. your world feels like its going to... fall apart, you lose you place of residence, your pride, your self astem begains to fade and you feel like there is no hope, you want to talk to an attorney but your afraid because you've heard alot of stories about them, doing wrong or just dont want to help you. Well there is light at the end of the tunnel.believe it or non I've been thier and I took a chance and made a call, after a few minutes of speaking with David Schuck, I really felt like he was taking the time to listen and understand the situation I was in. It was the first time I have ever had an attorney really listen and not just say uh! ahu! and then say well I dont think there is much we can do. thats what we mostly recieve, but in this conversation, I heard possitive responces and word like ,"we can try this, or try that" and "this is what the law says" and then take the time to explain it so you can understand it better. I agreed to let them take the case and for a few months they called me all the time and let me know what was going on. And most impotant thing that made me feel that I was part of the case is when he always asked "what do you think" He represented me well, the case was settled and I never felt like I wasn't treated unfair or not represented to the best of he's ability. David A Schuck is very patient with talking to me and explaining the rights that I have and leading me in the right direction. I really do recommend you give him a call, thiers not many people out ther that can put them selves in your place and have the respect of understanding what really dose go on in the work place. all it takes is a call, And I'm glad I did and so well you. Thank You very much David A. Schuck

Great Lawyer

I as terminated from my job and not provided with a final paycheck due to unlawful deductions. David was able to, not only get my paycheck plus a hefty penalty for me, but he was also able to get a hefty settlement for many other employees of my former company. Great guy!

"I worked with David Schuck on various wage and hour class actions. These cases were complex and the opposing attorneys were smart, aggressive and tough. Yet, David Schuck had a long record of getting good results for his clients. He is tough, and often bold, while displaying good judgment, skill and creativity. I have very high respect for him as an advocate and highly recommend him to anyone needing an effective advocate on a litigation matter."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
