also known as David Schuck
I grew up in Portland, Oregon. I graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and Portland State University. I left the Northwest to continue my education at Texas Tech University. There I obtained both a Master of Business Administration ("MBA") and a Juris Doctorate (Law) degrees.
After graduating I returned to Portland, Oregon. In 1999 I was admitted to the Oregon state bar and in 1996, I was admitted to the Washington state bar. For almost 18 years my practice has focused on representing Oregon wage claimants against their current or former employers and individuals against harassing debt collectors. I have represented my clients both in an individual capacity and as large groups in multi-million dollar class action cases. As a result of my litigation efforts, thousands were able to recover money damages, wages, penalty wages, costs, and attorney fees for prosecuting their claims.
Large corporate defendants can hire the biggest and best defense firms. Individuals need someone who is not intimidated and can stand up to these corporate giants and who will fight for their rights. I have prosecuted cases against both large and small Defendants such as: Reser's Fine Foods, Addus Healthcare, Circuit City Stores, El Paso Energy Petroleum, Freightliner, Columbia Collectors, Ace Parking, Xerox, Decision One, Tigard Tendercare, and many others. I do not get intimidated and will continue to fight for the rights of individuals.

Great Lawyer
I as terminated from my job and not provided with a final paycheck due to unlawful deductions. David was able to, not only get my paycheck plus a hefty penalty for me, but he was also able to get a hefty settlement for many other employees of my former company. Great guy!
"Mr. Schuck provided assistance with a case of unpaid final wages in Oregon. His assistance resulted in a very favorable financial settlement from the employer"
"I worked with David Schuck on various wage and hour class actions. These cases were complex and the opposing attorneys were smart, aggressive and tough. Yet, David Schuck had a long record of getting good results for his clients. He is tough, and often bold, while displaying good judgment, skill and creativity. I have very high respect for him as an advocate and highly recommend him to anyone needing an effective advocate on a litigation matter."
