I am a registered patent attorney in private practice in Bend, Oregon and devote almost my entire practice to prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I offer a one hour initial consultation for a $125 flat fee and then hourly after the first hour. I am also willing to provide many services for a negotiated flat fee.
