Phil was extraordinary. Details matter in litigation and he absolutely understands that. His preparation before trial was impressive. There was no stone unturned. Every deposition and piece of evidence was assessed and reassessed to find any potential inconsistency to strengthen our case. This...

Outstanding Malpractice Defense Attorney
Mr. deMaine did a fantastic job on a complex malpractice case. He was very helpful in all aspects of the trial and did a particularly good job preparing me for the deposition and cross examination. This was a difficult case to defend but the verdict was for all of the defendants.
"Philip is well respected in the legal community, a great advocate for his clients. I endorse this attorney."
"Phil and I worked as opposing counsel on a contentious case. I found Phil to be a strong adversary who carefully and ethically fought for his client's rights. He also is willing and able to listen to reason and work a matter through to a mutually beneficial conclusion - a trait which serves his clients well. Phil has strong legal acumen and a good grasp of the factual and emotional issues involved in each case and presented at each trial. This ability allows Phil to see around corners and reach an early resolution based on an accurate assessment of the probable outcome range."
"I have known Phil for several years and he is an excellent attorney. He is a strong advocate for his clients and achieves great results for them while remaining professional and courteous with opposing counsel., It is a pleasure working with Phil and I would highly recommend him."
"In 16 years of practice, Philip is the only lawyer who handed me, after a grueling 3 week dental malpractice trial, a resounding defense verdict! Ouch! But there was no shame in it; Phil is the most competent, hardworking, ethical, and knowledgeable attorney I've faced in the courtroom. He treats opposing counsel with respect and tries his case on the merits - no dirty tricks. Post trial, I referred several cases to him, all with outstanding results. I would encourage any doctor or dentist sued for malpractice to insist on Phil as legal counsel."
"Phil is an outstanding trial attorney. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and has an excellent grasp of the law and trial practice. Whenever I refer a client to Phil, I am confident knowing that he or she will receive exceptional and diligent representation."
