Labor Issue and Multiple Traffic Related Issues

1st: Not to sound like a poor driver, but over the past decade I have had more than one traffic citation. Alan Harvey represented me for each citation. Each time, he prevailed on my behalf. His preparation was thorough and his presentation was professional and effective. He was meticulous with the de...tails which included scene photos, subpoenaed officers, and called witnesses on my matters. In my employment case, he was tenacious and the matter was determined to have no merit after my initial interview. I did not suffer any retaliation and my personnel file remained clear. This particular matter was the most frightening event of my career because it came out of nowhere and it could have ended in disaster. Alan looked at the facts and figured out how to fight the issue, maintain my integrity, and spare me any embarrassment. Alan is the person I want on my side because he works hard to understand every possible detail, he doesn't give up, and he remembers everything. He is a man of his word and he believed in me at a time that I really needed someone in my corner.

Litigation lawyer | Jan 15

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Alan Harvey was, without a doubt, one of the finest senior prosecuting attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with, in this, or any other jurisdiction. His word is his bond, and no defense lawyer ever had to worry about a "paper trail" to evidence the course of negotiations, or any agreement, Alan's handshake is all that's needed. Finally, he is a good person, who cares about people, and justice, a concept too often lost in the over worked and politically driven machinery that is the criminal justice system. I have the utmost respect for him as a lawyer and as a person."

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
