I went to Ron after being in a car accident. He not only helped me understand the process but his staff guided me through each step. It's very hard to imagine that ANY attorney could've done better for me than Ron Meyers. I have permanent damage and intense pain from an MVA. I hired Ron when MY insurance company refused, retroactively, to pay on a legitimate PIP claim. After only one letter from him, they paid to my policy's PI...P limits. Later, as my medical bills mounted, MY insurance company again refused to negotiate in good faith on my under-insured motorists policy, forcing us to file suit to recover the funds needed to pay my medical bills. Rather than face Ron Meyers in court, the insurance company settled in pre-trial arbitration for 90+% of the policy limits. This saved me tens of and maybe even a hundred thousand dollars in trial, expert witness, and preparation costs compared to going through the entire court process.
