Justice for Jeffrey

I was involved in a horrific motor vehicle collision on my way home from work. A very young, inexperienced driver made a u-turn in front of me causing a violent full speed collision. The officer didn't cite him which I quickly learned would cause issues for me in my case. The insurance company asked questions that I later discovered would be used against me to claim their insured was not responsible. Once they denied the claim I knew I needed help. I hired Kamela James. She worked tirelessly fighting them and was able to obtain what I felt was over the full value of my claim. I could not be happier. Kamela and her entire staff were unbelievable in turning my case around and taking the stress off me so that I could focus on healing. I cannot say enough about how great this firm is.

In 2000, I began my law career as a defense attorney working for numerous insurance companies. In this position, I gained extensive trial experience. After suffering a significant injury in 2001 that resulted in 3 years of litigation, I knew I wanted to help others. I knew the support they would need. I also knew that I wanted to provide a personalized experience for each and every case. I wanted to fight just as hard for them as someone had fought for me. Since opening my firm in 2006, I have been a passionate, aggressive advocate for victims of negligence.

I purchased the building that you will visit in downtown Olympia. It was once a house that I converted into office space. My goal was to create a space for victims that feels safe and welcoming, rather than place the firm in a traditional office setting. My goal was to create a space that feels like home for our clients.

I truly love what I do. I love all of the relationships I have developed with my clients over the years. My clients are truly like family to me.

I highly recommend this firm!

I retained the Law Offices of Kamela James to assist me with my car accident. I spent over a year being bullied by the insurance company before finally retaining an attorney. Kamela worked hard and obtained a better result than I had ever hoped for. I only wish that I had retained her office sooner to relieve the stress of dealing with this on my own.

My experiance with Kamela James

I hired Kamela James to represent me in 2011 in a civil action. Personal injury case

A personal injury case

Speaking for my family, I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone Kamela James as their attorney in matters involving personal injury to insurance law.
