My family and I contacted this attorney due to the timeshare problem within less than a month of buying it. He told us he was going to send us the paperwork to get it all signed two weeks pass by heard nothing. I contacted his secretary. She said she would check in on it another week. Pass by heard n...othing. I called back, she said don't worry the paperwork will be on this way to your email by the end of the day. That was almost 2 months ago. This law firm is a complete joke just like the timeshare people they pretend to try to help you with. The only thing they did was waste 2 months of my and my wife's time. If I was you I would look for a different lawyer. This place is a joke

For several years I had tried to divest of my timeshare. Most of the services out there wanted five figures with no guarantees. Them I discovered The Abrams Law Firm. I researched their credentials and found them to have impeccable credentials. I called and talked directly with John Abrams and in les...s than 6 months I had a copy of a deed transfer relieving me of responsibility for the timeshare. This firm is very unresponsive; I paid the fee and didn't hear anything from them for over a year. I had to email, call and leave several messages before I received a response. The firm/owner did not respond to me until I sent daily emails and made daily calls. They only responded to me because I ...had to harass them. Once I received a response, it was only to tell me that they had reached out to the timeshare. I have still not been released from my contract and it's been over a year & a half. The only solution they have offered is to open a lawsuit for which they say it will cost an additional fee. Their $2000 initial fee did nothing; the only evidence I've seen of any work done is the owner sending a few emails to my timeshare. I still haven't heard anything back from them and the timeshare has not released me from my contract; late fees are still piling up and it's being reported to the credit bureaus each month. The firm told me to just withstand it......DO NOT GIVE THE ABRAMS FIRM YOUR MONEY!
