Time share divestment works with John Abrams

Its not often that I take time to write these reviews but the Abrams firm delivered what they promised to do and that is to get my wife and I out of the time share trap. I was very skeptical at first especially seeing all those law firms making sweeping promises but after extensively researching John... Abrams firm we hired them to do the job. If your expecting a quick fix (which is not realistic and a red flag for any company) then you should go somewhere else because it's the real world here. John Abrams had an uphill battle with our timeshare we had to be patient but eventually we got out of our timeshare. I highly recommend them.

All that they advertise is accurate

They were absolutely everything that they advertised. They really helped us out and we really couldn't be more satisfied. There are a lot of scams out there and we waded through lots of them before we found The Abrams Firm. If you are at your wits end with your timeshare, call them. They will hel...p you navigate the process and help you to get out from under your timeshare.

You want John Abrams working for you.

John's professionalism, attention to detail, and determined pursuit released me from my $33,000 timeshare contact. Do you need a dedicated consumer protection attorney to cancel your ill-conceived timeshare purchase? Call John. He and his team will not disappoint.

I am graciously satisfied!

I wish to relate a very successful professional relationship in satisfying my inability of dealing with releasing myself of timeshare ownership hazards. I was honestly, faithfully educated in all matters. I would expressively recommend a firm only of this caliber.

Typical Lawyer that talks you into circles

Hired and paid half upfront to divest my timeshare. Whenever I would call I would always get the voice mail. I had to keep calling and calling. Never contacted us to give us any sort of update. After a year and a half he could not resolve anything with the time share company. I asked for the doc...uments that he submitted to the time share company on our behalf and he stated that he was not legally obligated to give those to us. I stated that he had no proof that he even attempted to do anything for us. Even if an attorney is not required by law to give you the documents he submitted on a clients behalf, a good attorney would do it because they have nothing to hide. If I were you I wouldn't take a chance with this guy. Hire locally at least that way if you have to you can meet someone face to face.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2025.

Reprimand issued in WA, 2025

updated on 07/23/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
