My family and I contacted this attorney due to the timeshare problem within less than a month of buying it. He told us he was going to send us the paperwork to get it all signed two weeks pass by heard nothing. I contacted his secretary. She said she would check in on it another week. Pass by heard n...othing. I called back, she said don't worry the paperwork will be on this way to your email by the end of the day. That was almost 2 months ago. This law firm is a complete joke just like the timeshare people they pretend to try to help you with. The only thing they did was waste 2 months of my and my wife's time. If I was you I would look for a different lawyer. This place is a joke

We had a timeshare & used it for many years, but we reached an age (80+) where travel no longer was an option due to health problems. We spent $1500+ "with one Company" trying to sell our timeshares and couldn't even give them away - it was a scam! The ABRAMS LAW FIRM (Lawyers) were our saving gr...ace. They started working on (and were in contact with us continually) our request to be released from our timeshare. They got results! If you need to get out from under a timeshare, we recommend getting a lawyer. The Abrams Firm got results for us. We highly recommend them!

This law firm says they will not charge upfront fee but they are not taking the my case as their responsibility, looks like they don't want to help or support. May be this firm is also tied up with Blue Green Vacation timeshare. It has been one year now after I opened the case. No clarity and communi...cations is too bad. I don't think if they can help in this matter.

After many attempts with the resort and losing money with other companies that promised to get us out of our timeshare, we turned to The Abrams Firm. Hired and paid half upfront to divest my timeshare. Whenever I would call I would always get the voice mail. I had to keep calling and calling. Never contacted us to give us any sort of update. After a year and a half he could not resolve anything with the time share company. I asked for the doc...uments that he submitted to the time share company on our behalf and he stated that he was not legally obligated to give those to us. I stated that he had no proof that he even attempted to do anything for us. Even if an attorney is not required by law to give you the documents he submitted on a clients behalf, a good attorney would do it because they have nothing to hide. If I were you I wouldn't take a chance with this guy. Hire locally at least that way if you have to you can meet someone face to face.
