No Nonsense!

For several years I had tried to divest of my timeshare. Most of the services out there wanted five figures with no guarantees. Them I discovered The Abrams Law Firm. I researched their credentials and found them to have impeccable credentials. I called and talked directly with John Abrams and in les...s than 6 months I had a copy of a deed transfer relieving me of responsibility for the timeshare. Although each case is unique, if you want out of a timeshare, then you need to talk with the Abrams Law Firm. Charles J.

DO NOT PAY THIS FIRM

This firm is very unresponsive; I paid the fee and didn't hear anything from them for over a year. I had to email, call and leave several messages before I received a response. The firm/owner did not respond to me until I sent daily emails and made daily calls. They only responded to me because I ...had to harass them. Once I received a response, it was only to tell me that they had reached out to the timeshare. I have still not been released from my contract and it's been over a year & a half. The only solution they have offered is to open a lawsuit for which they say it will cost an additional fee. Their $2000 initial fee did nothing; the only evidence I've seen of any work done is the owner sending a few emails to my timeshare. I still haven't heard anything back from them and the timeshare has not released me from my contract; late fees are still piling up and it's being reported to the credit bureaus each month. The firm told me to just withstand it......DO NOT GIVE THE ABRAMS FIRM YOUR MONEY!

Get Results With Abrams Law Firm

We had a timeshare & used it for many years, but we reached an age (80+) where travel no longer was an option due to health problems. We spent $1500+ "with one Company" trying to sell our timeshares and couldn't even give them away - it was a scam! The ABRAMS LAW FIRM (Lawyers) were our saving gr...ace. They started working on (and were in contact with us continually) our request to be released from our timeshare. They got results! If you need to get out from under a timeshare, we recommend getting a lawyer. The Abrams Firm got results for us. We highly recommend them!

Legitimate timeshare exit

After losing money and researching many who claimed they could help me exit from timeshare, I found the Abrams firm and legitimately got out. Be patient as it is not overnight especially after Covid hit in the middle- but they did it!!! Free at last

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2025.

Reprimand issued in WA, 2025

updated on 07/23/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
