Get Results With Abrams Law Firm

We had a timeshare & used it for many years, but we reached an age (80+) where travel no longer was an option due to health problems. We spent $1500+ "with one Company" trying to sell our timeshares and couldn't even give them away - it was a scam! The ABRAMS LAW FIRM (Lawyers) were our saving gr...ace. They started working on (and were in contact with us continually) our request to be released from our timeshare. They got results! If you need to get out from under a timeshare, we recommend getting a lawyer. The Abrams Firm got results for us. We highly recommend them!

Not Helpful

This law firm says they will not charge upfront fee but they are not taking the my case as their responsibility, looks like they don't want to help or support. May be this firm is also tied up with Blue Green Vacation timeshare. It has been one year now after I opened the case. No clarity and communi...cations is too bad. I don't think if they can help in this matter.

Job Well Done!!!

I contacted Mr. Abrams' firm after talking with several other companies that wanted a large cash up front payment with no guarantees or to sell it with no guarantees. I even looked into giving it away, but that still required a lot of money too. Putting a ton of cash up front without guarantees was n...ot an option for me. I am truly happy that I found the firm. It was truly a NO MONEY UP FRONT process. After completing my disposition, there was some quietness from the firm as they worked in the background. I was fine about that. I even read in other company reviews that this happens at other companies as well - timeshare divestments take time. After 3 months, I got my first update saying things were on track. During the 5th month, I got confirmation of an offer and by the 6th month, I had signed all paperwork reaching a full divesture. I am extremely excited about my future!

I am graciously satisfied!

I wish to relate a very successful professional relationship in satisfying my inability of dealing with releasing myself of timeshare ownership hazards. I was honestly, faithfully educated in all matters. I would expressively recommend a firm only of this caliber.

Noncommunicative

I have made many attempts to get a courtesy status update on my divestment case but received no answers to emails or phone calls. I got plenty of calls when asked for my information but no response since then.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2025.

Reprimand issued in WA, 2025

updated on 07/23/2025

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
