My kids and I were rear ended and hit the car in front of us. The seatbelt saved us from any major injuries, but tore my rotator cuff. I had lots of medical bills and needed help getting my insurance company paid back. Matt was extremely helpful in the process. He was insanely kind and walked me thro...ugh everything he was doing. He always called me right back and if I had a question and didn’t act like I was a burden. I would highly recommend Matt as he gets the job done in a timely manor.

Matt is "The Real Deal"

My journey with Matt started over a year ago when I was rear-ended at a stop light and received a whiplash. I was able to receive the treatment that I needed to get better thanks to Matt! He was always professional, courteous and empathetic. He responded to all my inquires in a timely fashion and ...when it came to time to settle with the insurance company he made sure that I understood the process. I never felt left in the dark or confused about anything thanks to Matt! He is a real pro and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great injury attorney...my settlement was fair and my medical bills will be paid. Matt has been such a blessing he helped me heal and get back on my feet! Thank you soooo much Matt and God Bless what you do it is so important helping people you are the real deal :-)

Helped me get everything I wanted--and more!

I hired Mr. Van Gieson to help me with an incident, which had resulted in a large sum of medical bills. A situation like that can be very stressful, but he made me feel like I didn't have to worry too much about it! He was very good about staying in contact with me and answering any questions I had.... He also was able to get me what I needed from the insurance company, and even went above and beyond in helping me get out of my apartment lease--consequence free! When speaking in person with him, I also felt that he cared about me not as a dollar sign, but as a person who had been through something tough. If you are having a tough time with deciding who you want representing you, go with Mr. Van Gieson! You will be well taken care of.
