Im my situation Richard Woodrow was all talk.

From the beginning all he did was talk about how he wasn’t even worried about my case because it was a slam dunk. With an overwhelming amount of evidence that proved the false allegations against me were not true and were only reported after I stated I wanted a divorce and was beginning the process. ...On top of the 30,000$ I gave Richard up front, he told me I needed to do an evaluation which was another $1500. He also stressed I go get a polygraph test as it would be the cherry on top to having my case dismissed. I paid 350$ to have it don’t and passed with flying colors then all of a sudden it wasnt all that important like I was lead to believe. So now I’m thousands of dollars in the hole over this bs and he calls me with an offer of 2 charges less serious which would be fantastic if I were actually guilty of the original charges. I’m very very disappointed and feel scammed. I’ve never been in trouble before. The last 30 years I’ve worked a very respectable position at my job. Our justice system makes me sick to my stomach. It all comes down to money and money only. I would recommend Richard Woodrow unless for 1 you’re guilty and just want a better deal or 2 your charges are counties away and it’s nots buddies with the prosecutor.

Best Criminal defense Attorney

Being falsely accused of a crime and facing criminal charges is a traumatic experience and legal services are very expensive, so you want the very best lawyer to represent you at the start of your case. Richard Woodrow was the third attorney I hired to represent me. Had I known about him at the b...eginning, I would have retained him first, saving myself stress, time and money. At our first meeting Richard explained what I could expect to happen and how he planned to proceed. He answered all my questions so that I had a clearer understanding going forward. All through the process I could see that Richard knew how to work in the system, was experienced dealing with the Prosecutors and was respected in the Court. With Richard representing me, I received the best possible outcome. My charges were greatly reduced, no jail time, and no probation. If you want an experienced Criminal defense Attorney in your corner I would highly recommend Richard Woodrow.

Trustworthy

I hired Mr. Woodrow on a class A felony in Mason County. He investigated and interviewed the alleged victim. He filed a motion to suppress evidence. After negotiating with the prosecutor he was able to get the charge reduced to a gross misd. with no jail time. I have already recommended him to a ...friend. I wrote this because of some of these other sketchy reviews. I trust this man.

Mr. Woodrow is one of the very best.

I see a couple of “mixed reviews “. So I feel compelled to tell you , as an expert witness ,who has seen him work in the courtroom , if you have a serious case , you need go no further. He is the best. A remarkably excellent litigator ,who will not settle. He will have total respect of the jury mem...bers and judges who know he is no nonsense. Mr. Woodrow is one of the brightest , a very hard worker, and has the experience.

Excellent Attorney

I was being accused of a very bogus Domestic Violence assault case. I originally hired a rookie attorney thinking that this case would be easily be resolve quickly. As months pass by and threats of trial, I decided to go with the bulldog, Richard Woodrow. He immediately took the helm and did a wonder...ful pre-trial service that ended in a dismissal of charges. Mistake I made was not hiring Woodrow from the start. Experience is very key to a successful defense, and Mr. Woodrow is very familiar with the local judicial system, as he's been practicing for over 30 years. Highly recommend!
