No competition clause within an employment agreement

Mr. Scuderi was very diligent in the investigation of the law regarding a former employee now competing against his former employer. He work beyond my expectation in the time he spent and his acute accuracy in the evaluating the statues and laws to resolve this matter in a very timely manner. He always spent the time with me to explain situations that allowed me to make decisions on how I / we would like to proceed in the suit. His written statements to the courts were clear, to the point, and spot on. Great attorney and a Great guy!

Excellent Legal Advice (Residential Construction)

Joe is an exceptional person and attorney. When I came to him and his team with my residential construction defect/warranty issue. He and his team were welcoming, great listeners and extremely knowledgeable. Over the course of a couple months he was able to provide me legal advice, guidance on the residential construction industry, and was able to connect me with great independent construction expertise. Using the information he was able to provide and his advice, I was able to make a well informed decision regarding whether to pursue further legal action against my builder. Throughout the process I was treated fairly, he and the experts he worked with were very forthcoming with information and made sure I understood the information I was given. I would highly recommend him for any residential construction issue.

Will be hiring

Needed someone who was an expert in what we are going through and Joseph is just that. He immediately sent us to someone who could get started on assessing our situation right away and told us to come to him once we are ready. We are planning to do just that.

Superb Representation

Joe represented my fiance and I when our insurance company refused to follow the terms of our policy after a major house fire. After speaking with several attorneys and filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner, our situation was beginning to look hopeless. Joe listened to us and believed in the merit of our case. We hired him, and he was our representative for more than a year during an extremely difficult time. He was always responsive to our concerns; he is honest, hard working, and consistent. Most importantly, he built an impeccable argument that allowed the judge to make a clear decision during our first court appearance. I could not have hoped for a better advocate.
