James helped us through bankruptcy. Obviously that was not a great time for us, just about everything that could go wrong did with the development and construction of our home. After discharge, I continued to work on one of the entities to try and turn things around which I did. Once t...he entity that was written off by everyone, including the bankruptcy trustee, they realized that there was now money, they came clamoring for it without even considering the money or time it took to create something out of nothing , and since my original attorney had not don't his job, my post bankruptcy work was now going to the trustee. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for my expenses in recreating value in the entity. Nobody would listen or even take my case, except for Jim Dart. Jim never wavered, knew I was being wronged and worked tirelessly to find a resolution, which he did. I cant thank Jim enough for doing something that every other attorney I talked to wouldn't touch.
