Megan Card, Appeals Attorney on Aug 17, 2017
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Kevin is an experienced and knowledgeable appellate attorney - likely the best in Thurston County. I have frequently asked him questions regarding the Rules of Appellate procedure or the processes in appellate court and he has always been willing and able to assist me. I highly recommend Kevin as a lawyer.
Shane O'Rourke, Appeals Attorney on Aug 11, 2014
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Kevin represented the opposing party in a criminal appeal that went all the way to the Washington State Supreme Court. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin through every step of that appeal and the thing that impressed me the most was how diligent and driven he was in the case. In my opinion his client had an extremely difficult appeal, and early on in the case I did not think the appeal had a chance of going anywhere. However, through his hard work for his client, Kevin was able to push the matter all the way to the State Supreme Court and has now petitioned for review to the US Supreme Court. Kevin was also very professional during all of our interactions on a hard fought case. I imagine that he is just as driven in all areas of his practice, but certainly if I had to refer someone to an appellate attorney, Kevin would be one of my top choices.
Joseph Scuderi, Appeals Attorney on Aug 5, 2018
Relationship: Co-worker
I worked with Kevin before he went out on his own. I strongly recommend him for appeal work. It is his passion and he is very good at it. He is also extremely honest and hard working.
