The most professional team with a trauma-informed approach for high conflict legal matters.

Diseree @ Hosannah Law Group absolutely deserves five stars. My daughter and I were facing abusive litigation tactics, false accusations, and constant delays from opposing counsel. We were overwhelmed and confused as new documents kept getting pushed our way, and it often felt like the goal was to ke...ep us panicked and off balance. Working with Desiree (and the team) were the complete opposite of that chaos. The communication was steady, clear, and grounding. Every time we felt scattered or anxious, she (and the team) brought us back to what mattered and walked us through each step with patience and professionalism. She protected us, kept us focused, and handled every delay and tactic with calm expertise. I’m incredibly grateful for the integrity, guidance, and the way they all advocated for our safety and stability.

Pro Se' into client of Hosannah Law

In December 2023. I began representing myself pro se'. Things were going so well, judges, commissioners (not all) were finally listening to me and seeing things for the way they were. At an emergency ex parte court hearing in October of 2024 I realized that I was gonna need help. I have a case but I ...didn't have the knowledge, verbage or respected presence like an attorney has. I didn't want to be Russel Wilson and losing on the 1 yard line. So I hired the Hosannah law group to represent me. I had a hard time passing off all the work to them, because I grinded, read and learned the process for a year. But I am so grateful, I am so thankful and I am so glad I made the decision to hire them. I can honestly say that they were excellent. Every hearing. Every continuance, everything. They did a great job. Desiree can be a little intimidating (even for the person that hires her) but understand, she's from New York, she's got strength, wisdom and she's confident, and she lets everyone know! Constance was the voice of peace, she had a great listening ear, she was great at breaking down what she was saying in a way I could comprehend, I always felt at peace after speaking with her. Jordan is a cool guy who is also understanding and follows through with things he says he's gonna handle. Alot of money was spent honestly, but at the end of the day, it's just money and no amount could buy what I eventually was given. Custody of the kids and comfort knowing that they are safe and they are thriving. I did alot, I accomplished a lot pro se', but I don't know if I would be typing the same message if I didn't hire this law firm. They are strong, intelligent, knowledged and have a great following in the court system. I recommend them and will always send people their way. Thank you Desiree, Constance and the entire Hosannah Law firm for the work you did for our family of 7.

Grandparent Rights!

We were in the fight of our lives trying to get visitation with our grandchild. Hosannah Law Group understood the urgency in our quest and didn't waste a moment getting our case put together. Timing was everything to prove our case and the level of attention and no-nonsense approach was everything we... needed to plead our case and ultimately win! We have been awarded visitation through a vigorous, although lengthy, battle. Grandparent rights and the current laws surrounding those rights are very challenging to navigate but we are proof that there is hope. We fully recommend anyone facing the issue of being cut off from your grandchildren to trust the experience and professionalism that Hosannah Law Group has had, with proven results. We are forever grateful for Desiree and her dynamic team in making a difference in our lives and ultimately our granddaughters' life.

Unethical Guardian ad Litem

Mrs. Hosannah was appointed as the guardian ad litem for my case. After conducting interviews with me, my ex-wife, our child, and a few collateral contacts, I hoped that her background as a social worker would ensure she adhered to standards representing the best interests of the child. Instead, Mrs.... Hosannah made unsubstantiated impressions and opinions in her report to the court, which it relied upon to change the child's residential placement. Her impressions included statements such as: "There appears to be some support for the assertion that [the child's] negative behaviors have increased after visiting his father and may be due to coaching or encouragement from the father. They could also stem from a child simply tired of the excessive amount of time he spends in a car visiting his father." This either/or statement reveals her intent to disparage one parent and prejudice the court, not based on sufficient evidence, but due to partiality toward one parent over the other. This statement and other similar statements reveal Mrs. Hosannah's deep-rooted bias, which I suspect was influenced by my positionality—a white male litigating against a minority female. Additionally, Mrs. Hosannah appeared at trial and disclosed certain allegations not included in her report, a significant deviation from the standards of transparency and neutral conduct that a GAL is obligated to follow. Desiree's unethical actions and subpar work product created a bias that influenced the court to terminate my residential time with my son for a prolonged period of time. I never told Mrs. Hosannah about the traumatic impact her actions had on my son. I hope she reads this because I want her to know that, due to the court's horrific decision based on her GAL reports, my son was traumatized and experienced significant hardship as a consequence of my marginalization in his life. He dropped out of high school at 15, began to sell and use drugs, engaged in frequent and intense conflict with his mother (and step-father), was nearly arrested, has been fired from several jobs, and is struggling in many areas of his life. I hope Mrs. Hosannah no longer serves as a guardian ad litem, sparing other families from her harmful and unethical practices. If you are considering hiring Mrs. Hosannah as an attorney, I would question her ability to provide equitable and fair treatment to every client. This concern is reflected in many of the unusually negative reviews and contentious circumstances surrounding the opinions expressed and her responses. From my experience, if she cannot adhere to principles and standards of fairness and neutrality as a Guardian ad Litem, I doubt her ability to apply fair and equitable standards for every client, regardless of their positionality or those she litigates against.

Professional, Responsive and Provides Results

After working with two attorneys (one from a reputable firm) and receiving disappointing results for an obscene amount of money I was thrilled to find Desiree to modify a Child Custody Order. Desiree is very attentive, responsive, professional and personable. Her knowledge in child custody is exte...nsive, and her assertive personality was exactly what I needed. Desiree was able to provide results and quickly. She implemented a Child Custody Order that is not only concrete but more importantly, in the best interest of my son. If you’re looking for a bulldog attorney that will provide results and not charge you an obscene amount of money to do so, I highly recommend obtaining Desiree.

Most lawyers would likely have passed on the representation due to the logistical challenges attendant to her client's needs, but Desiree compassionately and professionally advocated for her client, and obtained a good result following a complicated trial."
