The most professional team with a trauma-informed approach for high conflict legal matters.

Diseree @ Hosannah Law Group absolutely deserves five stars. My daughter and I were facing abusive litigation tactics, false accusations, and constant delays from opposing counsel. We were overwhelmed and confused as new documents kept getting pushed our way, and it often felt like the goal was to ke...ep us panicked and off balance. Working with Desiree (and the team) were the complete opposite of that chaos. The communication was steady, clear, and grounding. Every time we felt scattered or anxious, she (and the team) brought us back to what mattered and walked us through each step with patience and professionalism. She protected us, kept us focused, and handled every delay and tactic with calm expertise. I’m incredibly grateful for the integrity, guidance, and the way they all advocated for our safety and stability.

Impecable attorney

After trying to handle a child custody battle on my own and getting walked all over by my ex's attorney, I hired Desiree after she was highly recommended by other professionals. This was the best decision I could have made! I was told by everyone that it wasn't looking so good for me and that it wa...s going to be a tough battle. I had very little hope left but the little that I did have I put in Desiree's hands. I am over joyed and so thankful for all the hard work that Desiree and her team put in to my case! Desiree was amazing in the court room over and over. She knows what she is doing. I thought getting an attorney was going to be a waste of money. I now know that a good attorney who has a proven track record of excellence is critical to a case being heard fairly by a court. Desiree is that attorney. She saved me from so much heart ache, stress, and pain and has helped us get our life and family back to normal. An excellent attorney like Desiree will out maneuver malicious slander, false accusations, and misrepresentations to the court. She is also faithful to the truth and knows what courts actually care about. Her incredible attention to detail quickly quashed the other attorneys false narratives during court proceedings multiple times. Thank you Desiree for being impeccable at your profession!!

Do not hire!

When I first contacted Ms. Hosannah, I was facing a pretty significant issue and she seemed poised to help. Getting the contract signed and paid was something her staff moved along pretty quickly, but after that, I heard virtually nothing from Ms. Hosannah...and was forced to rely almost exclusivel...y on a paralegal in her office. Everything that was filed on my behalf was a cut and paste from information I provided (with some very minor exceptions) and later proved to be too wordy and missing the key points...something I would have expected my attorney to correct and clarify. When the day of my hearing finally arrived, I met Ms. Hosannah for the first time and noted that she was preparing her arguments while we waited for my case to be heard. After investing 5 minutes in that exercise, she decided it would be more interesting to follow the details of the cases before mine and proceeded to look them up on the internal legal system. Needless to say, I lost...and it was a case that should have been a slamdunk. I chose to drop her representation (and she filed that paperwork so fast it made my head spin) and demanded a breakdown of the billable time. Getting that information took nearly two months and surprise, surprise, her staff was able to claim just enough time to justify the retainer I had paid...including charging 15 minutes to supply one sentence replies to e-mails. My strong recommendation is to avoid her at all costs. I certainly wish I had...in fact, I would have been much better off representing myself.

Because I am prevented from discussing any of the specifics of this case, I can only say that these comments are not accurate in any way from my legal perspective. The behavior alleged here is untrue. Our office strives to handle each case effectively and efficiently, although specific results cannot be guaranteed. At a minimum, if this person has a problem with any services that may have been rendered, then they are welcomed and encouraged to contact our office or another appropriate agency so that all parties have a fair opportunity to respond effectively to complaints. In general, anonymous and factually unspecific complaints provide persons with questionable motives with the opportunity to make false complaints without any responsibility or accountability. To the extent that a claim is being made that any applicable RPC's were violated, I vigorously dispute such claims as well as any claims that my staff members handle cases unprofessionally.

"Desiree and I were on opposing sides of a contentious will contest wherein she represented an estate beneficiary with significant disabilities. Most lawyers would likely have passed on the representation due to the logistical challenges attendant to her client's needs, but Desiree compassionately and professionally advocated for her client, and obtained a good result following a complicated trial."
