Terrible
Hired Desiree to help w/an adoption case. My husband wanted to adopt my son, it was uncontested and it took Desiree forever to get the paperwork in. Overall the process took 6 months. When I would call to get updates on the case I would have to call for a week to 2 weeks straight before I would hear ...
The comments made here are untrue and are gross misstatements of fact, including the assertion that this was an uncontested matter. Any delays in the completion of this matter were due to unforeseen and unavoidable issues. The matter was handled and completed on the day scheduled. Our office strives to handle each case effectively and efficiently, although specific results cannot be guaranteed. At a minimum, if this person has a problem with any services that may have been rendered, then they are welcomed and encouraged to contact our office or another appropriate agency so that all parties have a fair opportunity to respond effectively to complaints. Anonymous complaints provide persons with questionable motives to make false complaints without any responsibility or accountability. To the extent that this person is claiming that any applicable RPC's were violated, I vigorously dispute such claims as well as any claims that my staff members are incompetent.
"I endorse Desiree Hosannah, she is well respected in the legal community, professional and a pleasure to work with. She and her staff care about their clients and obtaining the best outcome for them."
"Desiree Hosannah is a lawyer with impeccable integrity and a wealth of experience in family law and civil litigation. She represents her clients with vigor, comes well-prepared, and is well-respected in the legal community."
"Desiree is a fantastic attorney with a wealth of knowledge that would be extremely difficult to match. Desiree is a wonderful mentor, attorney, and colleague who is always straight forward and open minded. I endorse this lawyer."
"Desiree and I were on opposing sides of a contentious will contest wherein she represented an estate beneficiary with significant disabilities. Most lawyers would likely have passed on the representation due to the logistical challenges attendant to her client's needs, but Desiree compassionately and professionally advocated for her client, and obtained a good result following a complicated trial."
