He was very honest and direct in any advice he gave to me, and any questions I had. You can tell when he speaks that he is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the legal system. Brian helped me with my divorce and custody battle. He works hard, around the clock. He called me on a Sunday morning while he was prepping for my trial on Monday, which showed me that he was dedicated to making sure he was prepared. At the trial he was focused on maintaining my goals. It's not easy for a man to get full custody, but he did his diligence, and was successful. I would recommend him.

Brian was a wonderful attorney He was knowledgable and kept me informed through every process of our case. He was fair and always made sure he never gave me false expectations! I would highly recommend his services and in fact I have already done so!

We hired Mr. Murry for a family law case. Early on he gave the impression of being practical, hard working, and focused. As the case progressed toward the hearing, every question we had and suggestion we made was dismissed and negated as "not relevant" - everything. As the court date approached, we had concerns but there wasn't time to change attorneys. Again, we asked questions that fell on deaf ears. The day of the hearing it became clear that either there never had been an agreement with the other attorney, as we had been told by Mr. Murry, or the other attorney changed his mind. This changed nothing in Mr. Murry's approach to court - he was unable or unwilling to pivot. His focus was on ending the case quickly and getting out of court that day - he repeatedly said to us and to the court "this won't take long" - not on aggressively representing our case. The day of court he brought up "we should have done" issues that he had never mentioned to us. While the outcome of the case may have been the same regardless, Mr. Murry certainly did not provide zealous representation, include his client in decision making, or focus on the outcome of the case - he wanted it over quickly and did as little work as possible while charging over $5,000. I would never consult or hire him again and certainly don't recommend him.

After explaining everything to him. We informed him of court dates that he needed to show up to .He never followed through. More important He tried to blame us . Then after showing him the paper work he siged off on he still would not take responsibilty or apologize for his mistake . Then he turn around and billed us over the retainer that paid in advance, for services he did not do. He is arrogant . STAY AWAY
