Professional, Ethical and Prompt!

Brian helped me win two court cases (soon to be three!). He and his team are professional, ethical, and prompt! They are always looking out for my best interest and are very knowledgeable. Brian is great at checking off all the boxes and sees things we usually miss. Thanks to him I was awarded a $31,...000.00 judgment I didn't even know I could collect on. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Murry and his team.

How did he past the Bar to get a License

After explaining everything to him. We informed him of court dates that he needed to show up to .He never followed through. More important He tried to blame us . Then after showing him the paper work he siged off on he still would not take responsibilty or apologize for his mistake . Then he turn aro...und and billed us over the retainer that paid in advance, for services he did not do. He is arrogant . STAY AWAY

The client is confused. I absolutely never missed any court dates. There was no mistake in any paperwork that I submitted or signed. The client is again confused, and is referring to an order entered before I took his case. I did bill over the retainer, for work I did in fact perform. The client was sent semi-monthly statement with details of work performed, and he did not once dispute any billing. He did not get the result he wanted, and so posted this review.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I liked arguing with Brian Murry when he was opposing counsel and we settled a very contentious case. Unfortunately, we can no longer oppose each other on cases but it's a win for Lutz & Associates to have a such an intelligent attorney who says what he means and means what he says. If you're looking for an attorney to provide you with clear direction, a confident plan forward, and leave no guesswork for you, Mr. Murry is your attorney."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"As a fellow practitioner, I run across two types of attorneys: Those who are professional and those who aren't. Brian is the pinnacle of professionalism. He's easy to work with, and never hides the ball. He's honest, up-front, and doesn't play games. He tries to get things handled in the most efficient manner possible, which saves clients time and money. He's open to creative solutions. I'd be happy to have him working the other side of a case again."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
