Travis is probably one of the most honest lawyers you will ever get. He was upfront and honest with me from the get-go. He told me what to expect and when to expect it. He even taught me some things that would help me out in the long run so I wasn’t wasting my money or being charged too much. He was... able to finish my case and less than two months. Honestly he’s a rockstar!

I hired Travis to assist with a relocation, parenting plan, and child support modification. Luckily, the relocation was resolved quickly but the parenting plan/child support modification took longer to resolve. From the first meeting, Travis was honest and open about all potential outcomes. He does n...ot sugar coat which is what you need from a family law attorney. He always responded quickly and with great explanation. There were times I would get frustrated/emotional about certain issues and he was always calm and understanding. He wants the best not only for his client, but also the child/children involved. I would highly recommend Mr. Travis Groves to anyone looking for a hardworking lawyer who fights for his clients. When I first met with Mr. Groves, I had been involved in a 13yr divorce/custody battle with my ex-wife. I was demoralized and exhausted which is why I decided to find a new lawyer. He expects you to do your part so that he can do his job: I had to have my depositions ready to go, if the court required me to take a class, I had to be on it, and get everything to Mr. Groves. I can honestly say when I had my ducks in a row it made his job easier which then allowed him to focus on arguing my case in court. After 18 months working with Mr. Groves, he got the case resolved to my satisfaction. He argued well resulting in my ex-wife and I going to mediation and finally settling the case. When it comes to fees or cost, Mr. Groves is upfront about the prices, he isn't trying to squeeze money out of you, and he told us the cost for each path the case could potentially go down. He is a great lawyer! We have a parenting plan I am more than happy with and Mr. Groves helped me stay focused and grounded throughout the whole process.
