I appreciated the fact that Travis was available to me on weekends and evenings.He was the second attorney I hired and it was nice not to have to miss work to be able to meet with him. Travis has been quick to explain and answer any questions that I have had, I felt confident in having him represent ...me. He stood up to the apposing party , where as my first lawyer backed down. I was desperate to find help with my child custody case as I was attempting to come to an agreement fairly and honestly with the respondent. The respondent hired one of the most dishonest attorneys I have ever seen. Travis came to my rescue. He was available last minute and worked himself to the bo...ne to make sure I understood everything that needed to get done on my end, and he kept me informed on everything he was working on. He worked late hours, weekend hours and answered all calls and emails promptly. He kept my anxiety over the whole process at bay. An outstanding person and never lied to me about anything I might expect. I would hire him any time I need help in the future.

This lawyer was helpful with my case regarding custody of my children and the relocation my ex was trying to do without following any of the proper channels to do it. Mr. Travis Groves is a good lawyer and he is not going to jerk you around. I feel like his motivation is not losing, but if he's on... your side then it's good. He doesn't pull any punches, he's not one to mince words and waste time. I didn't have a lot of money to put into a lawyer, he knew that and did what he could to save me a bit of money here and there through my case. I feel like he did a really good job when there was any court action, and that was where I think he did his best work. There were a couple of times when I would have liked a little more clarification on some points, but it wasn't anything major and was straightened out easily with a phone call or email. If I did need to call he was always very easy to get ahold of. If he didn't answer when I called, I would leave a brief message and I would get a return call as soon as he was available. I was also able to communicate with him by text message, which is sometimes easier than other forms of communication. He did tell me during the consultation, "I'm an a#@hole, but I'm your a$*hole." I appreciated his candor and he stuck to it. I was glad to have him on my side and would hire him again if need be in the future.

Travis took my case last minute with only a month to prepare because I really was getting taken to the cleaners by my ex and her lawyer and really needed legal advice in my final divorce hearing. It was alot of work that he managed to put together quickly and give good advice on. Sadly in the end, I ...still lost in court but Mr. Groves without a doubt in my mind never wavered in the constant uphill battle we were facing for my divorce financials and custody issues.

Travis did great with my parenting plan and child support. My orignal case was in Idaho and I moved here and had to redue everything. Due to the fact that Idaho is a bit behind when it comes to parenting plans and also other changes that occured which made it so I had to do this for the saftey of my ...kids. Travis was great dealing with my frustrations and at times snippyness which was because of stress and worry for my kids. In the end we created a plan that kept the kids safe, gave their father steps to improve healthand well being while the kids were with him. I am glad we went with Travis for this case he was a hard ass but also understood that if possible kids should have a chance to have bithbothents in thier lives and that's hard to rememeber during these cases.
