John and his staff are excellent. There is so much paperwork to be done. They are very good at keeping on top of everything. Lorelei was our case administrator and was always got right back to us. Finalizing the last of the paperwork was handled by Pam - she was great. Going through personal ban...kruptcy is a very difficult thing to do. The largest portion of our debt was back taxes. I just wanted to thank you all your assistance with providing me so quickly the 2011 Tax Returns and bankruptcy documents that I needed urgently for my childrens college financial aid requests.
