I was referred to this attorney via the Moderate Means Program because he does flat fees. I spoke with Mr. Moceri a few times and corresponded via email and everything was going great. Until after I sent him the $2,000 retainer. Shortly after receiving payment, he stopped all communications. His offi...

Simple Divorce Paperwork
I had a very straight forward divorce with the exception of wanting the parenting plan to be specific in cases involving domestic violence and supervised visits. I sent an email and then spoke with Mike very shortly after. He seemed very confident and happy to help and once the fee was paid I dealt w...

dropped the ball on my case *lost
Worst office and attorneys ever. I hired Hoken Aldridge from this office, 2 weeks before my court case, he gave me ONE day notice that he was quitting and handed me over to a new associate. The new associate Brian Neuharth, refused to communicate with me or even read my file before my case. I cal...
Megan, I'm sorry that you feel you got a bad result on your case, but what you're saying simply is untrue. Mr. Aldrich decided to pursue a job with another firm and notified you a full two weeks in advance of your hearing that he would be leaving. He did an in-person sit-down between yourself, him, and my new associate, Brian Neuharth. You had an opportunity to either hire Mr. Newharth or to hire other counsel. You chose to hire Mr. Newharth. Brian did communicate with you. We have numerous emails between you and my entire staff, and we also had many phone conversations. Brian was not an hour late to court. This is simply not true. He arrived on-time and ready to handle your case. I also had a conversation with you over the phone about this matter. While I did have to wait roughly one week before resolving this due to my trial schedule (because we devote a lot of time to trial prep), it was not "a month at least." Finally, you did not "donate" anything to my office. You paid for services rendered, and we gave you a massive discount on our sliding scale. In return, you have chosen to defame our firm and disregard the excellent services rendered. I have given you options for resolving this matter during our last phone call. I'm sorry you feel you "lost" your case, but my associate acted professionally and did great work for you. As with any case we take on, we always tell you that we cannot guarantee any particular result. We're attorneys -- not judges. -Mike Moceri Managing Attorney
"When someone is in the unfortunate position of needing an attorney to work on their divorce, separation, or custody matter, I send them to Mike. Mike is thoughtful, efficient, and will diligently advocate on your behalf."
"I met Mike as opposing counsel on a difficult case. Both parties were creating issues/delays. Mike worked with me to deal with these issues with professionalism and friendliness. He is knowledgeable and willing to work on a solution. I enjoy cases with attorneys like Mike, and I respect Mike to such an extent that I would refer friends/family members to him. I look forward to working with Mike in the future."
