Exactly what I needed

I hired Brian for my divorce. It was a complex contested case including getting agreement on a parenting plan/custody of my daughter. Brian was responsive in any communication. He always provided the right level of detail along the way. He discussed the scenarios and options so that I totally under...stood the decisions I had to make. He kept me confident through the process. He was extremely fair and balanced and was neither too aggressive or too soft. Brian, where needed, also helped me in the toughest parts of this process by being a great human. He reminded me of the brighter sides of the dark days. I have already, unfortunately for my friends, referred him to three other people as I strongly recommend him based on my experience.

Professional, thorough, knowledgeable

I used Brian to handle a custody/parenting plan case and he is hands down amazing. He answered all of my questions, was very prompt with responding to me, put my mind at ease, and helped resolve the entire case.

Wonderful to work with!

After searching for an attorney for my divorce and child custody case, I was referred to Brian from a good friend. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on, and explained the process all through out. There was never at any point (for an entire year) during this process t...hat I was left uninformed, or unsure about. Brian is exceptional at his work. He strives for excellence, and it shows. I will definitely be using him again for any legal needs, and recommend him 110 times to all friends and family members! Thank you will never be enough.

Do Not Recommend

He constantly told us to trust him. Almost every time we asked a question, he would say I do this day in and day out, you have to trust me. He asked for more money to go to court, and dragged his feet and we never went to court. He asked for the same documents on multiple occasions, saying i...t would just be easier if we sent it again... and of course charging us again. He missed or didn't review all of the documents provided to him. He would say he'll forward us the document and he'll make time to review it later. He never had input though, only discussed what we brought up. He knowingly allowed documents with mistakes. He is easily led by opposing counsel if they have more experience. When we mentioned firing him, he said we couldn't, and submitted a notice of withdrawal to the court.

Well versed, friendly and to the point!

Brian provided me a free Consultation on a query. He was very frank and patient in the discussion and addressed my concerns very well. Although my specific query was not his area of practice, he was able to cite me the specific details both from the book and his personal experiences from his network.... This part was going above and beyond, so i really liked working with Brian.

"I have been working with Brian for a couple of years now, and am immensely impressed with how quickly he's been able to learn family law. He's handled dozens and dozens of cases for me now, and clients frequently remark on his friendliness, compassion, and relatability. He's done such good work for me, in fact, that I brought him on as a member of our PLLC and sold a portion of my business to him. He's a truly outstanding attorney who treats every client with respect and decency. You would be hard pressed to find a better lawyer."
