I was re...presented by a different attorney for years because my divorce was very contentious but I always felt underrepresented and felt bullied by my ex’s legal counsel. The moment I called Heather Bliss’s office, I knew I made a good decision. Her legal assistant, Jessica, was very professional and understanding of my situation and relayed the urgency of my case to Heather who then saw me the same day for a consultation which is unheard of. When I arrived to her office, Heather was pro-active and had already looked up information about my case. Her level of preparation and thoroughness was impressive. It was at the consultation that Heather immediately noticed that my ex had filed documentation with the court to fight for full custody with his false accusations. If I could do it all over again, I would have retained Heather from the beginning to avoid all the problems that surfaced because I was not represented properly from the get go. First time I have ever hired a lawyer and I am sadly disappointed. Got the impression I was looked at as an easy money making case., as a number and not an individual. Heather represented me in my divorce, keeping me grounded along the way with a very difficult Ex-husband who was representing himself and who had created many hurdles. Heather treated him with respect and applied the appropriate amount of pressure to solve the matters at hand. It is clear to me that Heather has the respect of her colleagues and a great reputation with the Judges. I am glad I had her on my side in the court room! Heather won every case for me and was a huge support to me in that difficult time. She is compassionate and an excellent attorney. I would and HAVE referred friends – she is the one you want by your side.

A friend told me Heather Bliss is a great Lawyer. I found that to not be the case. I lost custody of my child due to her negligence and not making sure all orders were filled out correctly. She wanted more money to correct HER mistake. When I could not afford to pay for HER mistake, she stopped takin...g my calls and sent me a huge final bill. My case is still ongoing and I am without representation since I gave her every penny I had. I found her to care more about money, than the well being of my child. I would not recommend her or her law office.

I came to Heather because my Mother actually used her at the same time for her divorce. Originaly I had chosen to use a different lawyer but went through three before I decided to try Heather. She not only contacted me and always had some one to answer my questions (the most amazing assistant, Kim ...Parsons!!!!) but she helped put all my fears to rest by telling me the truth of everything and having a plan of action for whatever type of outcome there could be. She has been there for me through thick and thin. She has helped me with my divorce, child support, spousal maintence, child custody, educational battles and she even had to handle my enraged exhusband calling and harassing her & her employees! She won every case for me and has been a very big support system for me and my family through all this. Without Heather and Kym I don't know how things would have faired. In fact, they are jokingly referred to as my BFFs since there are weeks that I have to speak with them constantly.
