Steven Weier received his BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics in 1985. After working in corporate management for a number of years, he passed the Uniform CPA exam in 1987. Steven attended lawschool at the University of Puget Sound and graduated in 1992. After passing the Washington State Bar Exam on the first try, Steven spent several years gaining valuable experience in public accounting and then later in personal injury litigation. Following several years as a litigator for a downtown Seattle personal injury firm. Steven opened his own practice in Auburn in 1997 and then expanded to a larger office space in Tukwila in 2013. Wanting to focus on customer relations and customer service, Steven founded the practice on the simple guiding principle: “Do the Right thing, Always.” Starting out as a one-man firm, Steven’s enthusiasm and willingness to represent the “little guy” quickly established the firm in the south King County area. With no advertising budget, the firm grew by word of mouth and referrals. Still growing, the firm clings to the original focus that customer service is of prime importance. Going the extra mile is still the norm, and each of our clients is treated with respect and personal worth.
Steven’s willingness to take cases to trial, even small cases, has earned him a reputation as a serious litigator. With an attitude that every case is treated like our biggest case, Steven has attained an exceptionally high win-rate in trial. That willingness to take all our cases seriously extends throughout the whole firm. With a tell-it-like-it-is approach, Steven Weier gives his clients the real picture of the case, and assists them in making the best possible choices for their particular situation.

Auto Accident Review
This attorney was very truthful and know his work. Steven knows what he is doing when it comes to auto accidents. Other attorney's did not want to touch the case and Mr. Weier not only took the case by he got me my settlement in which am satisfy...and very happy.
