I first visited Bart Roberts Parsley as my Immigration Lawyer in March 2014. I found him very very responsive, professional, considerate, caring and above all hard-working. Without Bart's support, I would have definitely had a very hard time obtaining my immigration paperwork/status. Bart immediately responded to all my communications regardless of the time of the day and was always there for me when I needed him. Bart is a very very hard working professional who definitely exceeded my expectations on several occasions during my proceedings. His preparation for my hearing was phenomenal, the time he spent on my case and his attention to detail was second to none. I would like to recommend Bart as a very hardworking and trustful individual. I met him to help me work with my asylum. He helped me dearly. I still continue to use his service. If I need to do something he'll do it. I think he'll help anybody regardless of what race, religion, or any background and treat them equally and professionally.

Best Lawyer ever.

Bart is the best immigration lawyer anyone confused about immigration issues should have. He is gifted with the attention to detail, best customer care service and you can never go wrong with his cauncel. He helped me not just get my family back together but he gave me hope in such despair

Bart went above and beyond for me while my husband was detained. He took our case on, last minute and on a weekend, when no one else would. He always stayed in touch with me, even with a busy schedule like his, he was ALWAYS there. I frequently text and called with questions and he replied within a timely matter. He came to every hearing and ultimately won our case when odds were against us. He believed in us, he fought hard for us, and we will never forget him for it. He’s more than a great attorney, he became like family.

Bart is not only a professional lawyer but also a great human being.

Review for Bart Parsley in Unemployment Compensation case Superior Court

I contacted Bart in early November, 2010 after being denied Unemployment Benefits after being laid off from my regular job. I had gone through multiple appeal processes and been denied each time. At this point, it was at the Superior Court level and I needed the assistance and expertise of a professional. Bart worked diligently on my case over the course of our 6 month wait for the case to be heard at the Superior Court in Seattle. He was always courteous, friendly, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was a real pleasure working with Bart. His preparation for the case was very thorough and with his great judgment throughout the hearing was exceptional. His confidence in me and my appeal was exception especially when my claim for UI benefits was overturned by the Superior Court Judge. I don't believe that I could have obtained a more thorough and exception attorney. Thank you Bart.

unemployment appeal hearing/denied benefits/drug test failure

Bart did an exceptional job for me. His expertise helped me identify and focus on important issues. Had it not been for Bart I would've gone through my hearing ill prepared, ignorant to the complexity of employment law. During the time I was represented by Bart Parsley he was always quick to respond to any concerns I had. It was evident Bart took a sincere interest in my case. Bart did excellent research and submitted case law to help my cause. Overall Bart had great attention to detail and great humor. He thinks of every angle and prepares accordingly. It's easy to tell when someone is doing their job because they have a passion for it.
