Samuel J. Page is a dedicated family law attorney who helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity and confidence. At McKinley Irvin, Sam represents clients in divorce, child custody, parenting plans, and domestic violence matters, with a particular strength in high-conflict cases.
Clients often turn to Sam for his calm, grounded approach. Even in emotionally charged situations, he brings a steady hand and clear perspective, helping clients stay focused on what matters most. His goal is always to resolve cases efficiently and thoughtfully, minimizing unnecessary conflict while protecting his clients’ interests.
Sam is both a strategic negotiator and a strong courtroom advocate. He works to reach favorable resolutions outside of court whenever possible, but when litigation is necessary, he is prepared to advocate decisively on behalf of his clients. His experience as a Commissioner Pro Tempore in Pierce County Superior Court gives him valuable insight into the judicial process and how cases are evaluated.
In addition to his practice, Sam has served as an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law and regularly speaks on developing issues in family law, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the field.
Sam understands that family law matters are deeply personal. He takes the time to listen, guide, and support his clients so they can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys time with his wife and children, golfing, and playing saxophone. He and his family share their home with two Goldendoodles, Mabel and Ernie.

Excellent advocate and listener
It was a pleasure working with Sam Page. He did a great job of helping me navigate the mediation process, keeping me informed on case status, and collaborating on decision making. Hopefully, we won't need to work together again, but I would not hesitate to call him if needed.

Sam Page cuts to the chase
I hired Sam on a friend's referral for family law for a simple support modification with a contentious petitioner. He did a great job of highlighting to the petition and the Court where we agreed and the limited places we differed. With his help we turned a contentious, traumatic biennial process int...
