Excellent rapport

I cold called Loriann looking for help locating a lawyer that could help me with real estate. She took the time to help refer me to trusted colleagues!

Great Response, Prompt Solution and Fair Price

Loriann assisted me with a filing in the US District Court for Eastern Washington. Our business was required to file a motion in the US District Court in order to change the payee for retribution payments owed to us. We could not file ourselves because the court requires attorney representation for ...all business filings. I am from out of state and had no contacts in the state of Washington that could recommend an attorney. I found Loriann Miller on AVVO and spoke with her by phone to explain our situation. She was extremely pleasant and understood our need immediately. We agreed to a retainer amount and she got to work. Our motion was filed and approved before the scheduled court date. She was a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone needing business law representation. Not only is she good, her cost for the value of work performed was excellent.

Professional, hard working, and dependable

Loriann is a great communicator who listened to my needs, took the necessary steps to research various complex legal issues, and delivered an exceptional product. I would highly recommend her, especially after seeing the comparable work of her peers.
