Biography
Rita Herrera Irvin is a founding partner of McKinley Irvin and has been instrumental in building one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading family law firms. Her leadership has helped shape the firm’s culture, growth, and reputation for exceptional client service, professionalism, and legal excellence.
Today, Rita works closely with firm leadership to advance McKinley Irvin’s mission and uphold the standards that have defined the firm for more than two decades. Her influence extends beyond the firm through her commitment to mentorship, diversity, and community involvement. She founded McKinley Irvin’s Black Law Student Mentorship Program and MI Diversity Scholarships and serves on the Legal Pathways Community Advisory Board.
