Transparent Legal Advice!

Scott was super knowledgable and understanding of my simple but complicated divorce trial. Being very transparent of the court and my particular judge, he gave me the skills I needed in order to have an effective argument. Although the outcome wasn't what I hoped for, I felt that I was well prepared.... Thank you, Scott!!

Mr. Marlow prevented my daughter from being moved to Montana away from her home

My case was really challenging because there had already been orders set in place buy a commissioner. Before I hired Scott Marlow I had hired a DIFFERENT lawyer who did not do his job. Scott Marlow took my case as messy as it was and he did everything that he could to help me and my daughter. Today I... have full custody of my daughter and she is safe and I would not have been able to do it without Scott Marlow on my side. If you are searching for a family law attorney this is the man for the job I highly recommend him. And thank you so much again Scott Marlow thank you

An excellent family law attorney

I highly recommend Scott as a family law attorney. He assisted us in a complicated and novel de facto parenting case. Scott has a great presence in Court, and one that puts his clients and judges at ease. He was always respectful, on time, and prepared. We have every confidence in him, which is a tru...st he earned on day one, and worked to maintain through the conclusion of trial. He is an effective advocate, and understood when a situation called for patience versus persistence – an invaluable trait in a family law attorney. He also was available when we needed him, and helped us to see the forest through the trees.

Comforitng to know there are good attorneys out there!

When I made the decision to file for a divorce back in 2012, I chose Mr. Scott Marlow to represent me. As in most all divorce cases, my entire livelihood was at stake. Although there are many family law attorneys, I chose Mr. Marlow as my advocate as it appeared that from researching his background,... he gets every detail, is very professional, he prepares for each of his cases (big or small) thoroughly and he is essentially a walking encyclopedia of legal knowledge. Further, he is a gentleman and a real advocate who wants to do right by you. He handled my case with professionalism, honesty and kept my best interest in mind at all times. Regardless of how busy he was, I was grateful that the lines of communication were always open which helped me understand the litigation proceedings as they went on. Mr. Marlow is efficient, sharp and always remained honest with me regardless if there was something I did not want to hear. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Marlow for he is an excellent top notch family law attorney.

A Rare Find

After working with so many different attorneys, I can't believe I finally found a professional who does what they are supposed to do. He is extremely on top of everything, very fast at getting it all done, and then communicates back within an hour or so and sometimes within minutes. I can call him... up at almost anytime and get him on the line right away. This is very important because every day matters when you are fighting for custody. Other attorneys I had were very difficult to get a hold of. He was professional about everything and helped me know how to deal with all the lies and mudslinging that my ex husband was harassing me with on a daily basis. My case was tricky and other attorneys labeled it "a jurisdiction battle" that they didn't want to get into, but Scott knew exactly what to do. Scott saved me a lot of money by letting me do everything that I was able to handle on my own. Had I been working with another attorney, who was not a good negotiator or was too aggressive, I could have easily spent about 40k going to Trial. I only ended up spending 20K (very reasonable) because Scott was persistent in believing that we could negotiate with the father without having to go to trial because he believed that would save me a lot of money and would give me a more favorable outcome. He was very good at being balanced in this area so that a conclusion with the father could be reached. He is not over aggressive in this area so that an agreement with the other party can actually be realized. He has a great personality to be able to work with. Other attorneys and even the judge really likes him. Anybody would want Scott for their brother, father, neighbor, husband, or attorney. All around a very trustworthy, kind, professional, warm, efficient, knowledgable, calming, friendly person.
