Justice has eluded many working class people. Some of whom don't know who they can trust or believe in that will agressively pursue their fight in litigation. Here at Beverly Grant Law Firm, we possess the confidence to see your case through to the end. We want you to feel comfort in knowing that your fight is our fight and that we will pursue it to your satisfaction. We recognize that there are many variables that make a case winnable. To that extent, we expect nothing but pure honesty from our clients and in return, we will be candid in representing the various options available to successfully litigate their complaints.
Our emphasis of practice focuses upon sexual harassment (jury verdicts plus attorney fees for last 40 years have been in seven figures); severance agreements, wrongful termination litigation against Fortune 500 corporations, personal injury cases.

Extremely responsive and very helpful
I referred Beverly to a family member for a discrimination matter. She very capably assessed my second hand information and provided excellent assistance to resolve the matter. If I had a similar matter, I would want her in my corner.
I welcome all referrals . It is often an emotional time when a relative hears the pain experienced by another relative in a working environment. Understandably, s/he wants to provide aid and comfort. to that relative who is injured or a victim of discrimination, harassment or wrongful termination. An attorney has the responsibility to explain to the client that the relative breaks the attorney client privilege if s/he attends meetings with the client and therefore it is important to empathize with the client and share that the attorney must interview the client without that relative present or the relative can be called as a witness and will be subpoenaed to disclose the confidential conversation. I was fortunate to provide this explanation to the client and her relative. I thanked the relative for her continued support of the client and suggested other ways than to want to attend the attorney client meetings that she could assist and be supportive of her relative.

Fantastic Lawyer
I hired Ms. Grant to review my case. Her review was thorough, and frank. Her communication was clear and to the point. I knew exactly where I stand after each conversation with her. Her skills and years of experience definitely proved to me why hiring Ms. Grant to review my case was a great deci...
Clients expect honest and straightforward answers. I take my job seriously in explaining all of the options available to the client. More importantly, clients should be told upfront what they can expect if a lawsuit is filed including the time required of them, litigation expenses, and the litigation experience. Only in this way, can they make an informed decision of what choices they have available to them.
"Ms. Grant is a very knowledgeable and passionate advocate. I will readily refer anyone needing help with employment or discrimination claims to her."
"I endorse this lawyer. She has many years of experience as a trial lawyer and judge. Her legal knowledge is superb and her judgment very sound. She is very active in her community and easy to talk to especially about legal issues."
"I endorse this lawyer. Bev has had an impressive career and gained a wealth of knowledge. I am eternally grateful for her willingness to share her knowledge with me in my pursuit of becoming an attorney."
"I endorse Beverly Grant as a top notch civil rights, employment and labor lawyer. We presented together for WA and Oregon Trial Lawyers on implicit bias in the court room. As a former judge she has seen it all and is well prepared to go to the mat for you."
