About Kim
Biography
Kim Hann has been in the legal profession for over 25 years. Her practice areas include real estate; probate and trust administration and litigation; estate planning; asset protection; and business law. Kim began working with Attorney Everett Holum in Tacoma, Washington in 1996, first joining the practice as a Paralegal. After successfully completing the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerk Program in 2010, Kim passed the Washington State Bar exam in 2011. In 2013 Kim became a Partner of the newly-renamed firm of Holum & Hann, P.S. In 2016 Kim set up her own solo practice. When she is not practicing law you’ll often find this Washington State native and her golden retriever Chase enjoying a trek outside.

The Attorney with the personal touch.
Kim kept me informed as to what was going on at all times. When it came to the end and things weren't going as they should she stepped in and took control of the situation and resolved it within one day. The persons buying my house didn't know what hit them. Kim is a great lawyer! She was able to understand what I needed and helped me understand what needed to get done. Her staff is excellent. They are also very knowledgeable. All around GREAT! I recommend her to everyone and would not hesitate hiring her again.
