Great Demand letter
I hired Shawn for a demand letter and he did a great job on it and worked with me with good communication and understanding of my situation to produce the best one possible. I'm very grateful for his help and happy to have chosen a good lawyer to have written it.

Gives not profesional answer
I asked question about HOA management. His answer was not professional: he does not know procedure how to complain to HOA management . I found detailed answer on WikiHow.
