I hired Tom Hyde to handle a divorce. He had multiple excuses for why he couldn't type up divorce papers and sold me a form I didn't need. On multiple occasions, when I asked him to explain to me again why he told me one thing but is now saying another, he became very unprofessional in his communication, even resorting to using racial slurs. I wouldn't recommend him.

I would highly recommend Tom if you need help with filing for Bankruptcy. With Tom, there is no "Candy Coating" the facts and he explains the process step by step to make sure you understand EVERYTHING. It was easy and very reasonable.

I'm generally not your legal savvy type of guy. In fact, when I went into Tom's office in Everett I barely had any idea what really entailed going bankrupt. By the time I walked out of his office I felt well informed and ready to make a decision. Tom was very patient when I called about a thousand times with a thousand different little questions and helped me throughout the entire process. And, really, the most appealing part is that the whole process felt honest. I never once felt overcharged, that I was being ignored by Tom or that he was unwilling to help. Really made what could have easily been a tumultuous time a breeze. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat (and already have)!

I recently used Tom Hyde's services for my Divorce and Bankruptcy. I found him and his staff to be extremely professional and helpful. They were friendly and available to answer any questions/concerns that I had. I would recommend Tom to anyone!

I hired Tom Hyde to do my bankruptcy in March 2015 and he was awesome, he explained everything in great detail. He was always respectful and answered any questions that I needed answers too. His receptionist Sarah and the other lady were exceptionally helpful and very nice and polite to work with. I recommend Tom as he is much cheaper than the other attorneys and gets the job done right!!!!

When I needed a bankruptcy lawyer I looked around. I came to this site. I always find these sites to be where people come to dump on the person but not enough of the satisfied clients. I am coming off the lowest point in my life. Unemployed since 2009. Lost my house. Lost my marriage. Had to file a bk. My brother had used Tom for his divorce and Bankruptcy when his home remodeling business went under. Tom helped a great deal. I wasn't an easy client. Tom is firm and has to be. I was all over the place. I took longer than I had hoped. Nit Tom's fault. Tom was easy to talk to. He told me to call not email because I would get quicker responses to my questions. I had no idea what I was doing. After my case was discharged in May, Tom asked me if I would say something nice if I was satisfied. I was. I would say, the work is hard. Bankruptcy is highly emotional. I am still picking up the pieces of my life. Tom and his 2 assistants helped me a great deal.

Tom was nice when he took my money during the first meeting! But after that Wow his attitude turned totally disrespectful! First I had to do a lot of work myself! I had to postpone a appointment I had lost my Baby and was in the hospital and he acted so disrespectful called my house leaving rude messages told me that he would need 300 more dallors! What! He was a nightmare! His secretary even told told my b friend and I that he talks bad about his clients! next time I will do a full background check and not go with the cheapest service I should of knew Better!

If you're looking for Mr Personality don't use Tom Hyde. On the other hand if you want an efficient attorney who knows his business and won't cost an arm and a leg he's the one. You need to have your ducks in row and be efficient with your paperwork and obligations and his office staff will bend over backward to help if you need it. All in all a no frills efficient and effective attorney.

I used Tom for my bankruptcy this year. He asked me if would write a review and me and husband agreed. He was great. He did a great job for me and my husband and now he is working with my son and his wife. They lost a construction company and have 3 kids. They're living in a fifth wheel in our driveway and Tom is clearing I their mess. When we got the email from Tom if we were willing to write a review I read some of the less than flattering reviews others have written and I don't think we got Tom on a good day. We have found him to professional and a great guy during our bankruptcy and now with our kids. No one twisted out arms to use tom but Tom and his staff were very understanding with all of nagging calls
