Tom Hyde is a horrible attorney!
Tom Hyde was the worst attorney I have ever experienced. First of all he is extremely arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. You get the feeling he has a miserable life and takes it out on anyone, including his clients. I could get past that if he knew his job but even there he fails miserably. ...
"I endorse this lawyer. Tom has been practicing a number of years in the bankruptcy area of law. An attorney learns a lot through the various types of fact patterns they see in their careers and that knowledge helps provide an accurate analysis for a debtor when they need to know their options..Tom can provide that and advise you concerning your financial situation. He has no problem "saying it like it is" either which I also appreciate and believe in giving up front to the point advice!"
"Tom is an efficient and well respected attorney. He fights with passion and represents his clients well. I have no problems with referring a client to Tom knowing that he would provide excellent "
"I've known this lawyer for many years and know that he is highly competent. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone."
"Mr. Hyde is the consumate Chapter 7 bankruptcy professional. Mr. Hyde and I have often had many a well spirited debate about the practice of law. Much of it has to do with how we handle our client's and our approach to petition development. Mr. Hyde has developed an incredibly streamlined approach to representing his clients and it clearly has been effective. He is able to handle his clients with ease and finesse through his use of technology and database application. I have been 'Wowed' many times by the systematic approach he uses. It clearly works well and I endorse this attorney's work. "

updated on 09/08/2010This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
