Review, opinion of the lawyer, law services and professionalism

Mrs./Ms. Mirka has showed very big understanding, was a good listener, compassionate about my legal problems. She has got a sixth sense so she knows if the person (potential client) had really bad luck and if life circumstances put him/her in big/huge life problems. That is showing her experience in ...cases, that she could recognize human being true personality and her law skills too. She has showed big empathy to the client - mine - feelings and as the most has worked hard with her diplomatic skills needed for bilateral negotiations to make sure that my son and mine, father-son relationship is possible. She has cleaned my name from the other side accusations. She has made father-son relationship possible again. Her involvement in 2 cases helped a son to have a father again. I would recommend her professionalism, personal touch to the cases - true empathy and that she put my child interest as a main interest, that will be possible that my son will have a mother and father in his life. Her and her secretary hard work saved my life, helped me to stand up emotionally and motivated me that there are people in law system who care about the clients and the best interests of a small 4 years old child. She has motivated me by her kind words to fight in good way to be a father and be part in my son life. By her believing in me she has showed me and motivated me that I have to also fight for better life for myself so I could provide better future for my son. I would highly rank and recommend her law knowledge, her hard work, her professionalism, her involvement into cases for the best interest of the clients. I would highly recommend to the other people, potential clients to use her as your attorney at law. I will definitely use her services again if / when I will have that kind of need in future. Without her will be not possible for me to defend myself and also to be back in my son life. I am and I will be always grateful for her services, her help, her involvement in cases and making things impossible being worked out in the best possible way to me and my son as well !!! Wonderful when things weren't.

Seven years ago I was referred to Mirka when I was living overseas. I needed a family divorce lawyer who could help me even though neither me, nor my (now) ex-husband lived in Washington State. My husband had left me and our young son in Japan where I worked for the military. For three years he di...dn't pay child support and wouldn't help with the paperwork I needed to renew my son's passport so we could travel to visit family living in the states. Mirka understood situation and took care of all the details. She had my best interests at heart and her forethought has continued to protect me these past years. She even reached out to me when the Great Earthquake happened in northern Japan to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much Mirka, you were a solid advocate for my side when things were at their worst.

Child support modification

Mirka and her assistant Rory did a fantastic job with my case. Proper paperwork for my hearing was completed and filed on time. Mirka was the ultimate professional and went above and beyond for me at the hearing as she was able to get my child support lowered! That was completely unexpected, since... I wasn't the party that started the case. Not only was she able to get my child support lowered, she also got the commissioner to grant a judgment ruled in my favor. I would highly recommend Mirka as an attorney and I will definitely be using her again in the future!
