I am so very happy that I found Mirka for my family law case. At a tough time when tensions were high and my child's future was uncertain, Mirka provided excellent legal advice, personal understanding and thorough professionalism when representing me. I have felt compelled to write a review for the legal services I have received from Mrs/Ms Mirka Nakovski and her legal team. It's been 10 years now since I first sought out Mrs/Ms Nakovski's legal services and the only reason I've not had much time to write this up until now has been because I've be...en too busy being a father and having a very active role in my daughters life. None of which would have been possible if not for the fabulous work by Mirka and Rhory. I had a very contested and frustrating divorce that lasted almost 3 years from the time of it being first filed until the final settlement and then was contested again 3 years later from my ex-wife. Through all of the ups and downs and intricacies of my case Mirka and Rhory were a constant rock of empathy and compassion for my daughters and mine needs, not just for the present but future as well. Mirka and Rhory fought tirelessly both in and out of the courtroom on my case with multiple different attorneys that my ex-wife hired and always had my daughters best interests at heart. It's them and all of that tireless work that I'm able to say 10 years later that I never was forced to miss out on a single moment of my daughters life and have been able to have been as active and present as a father should be able to be with his children. In my custody case, because my daughter had always had both a very active mother and father in her life, Mirka helped me realize that I shouldn't try to have that change for her by a every other weekend schedule for one parent because I might have been angry or frustrated with her mother at the time or she with me. Instead helped with fighting for a schedule that helped my daughter continue having both parents remain present and active in her life post divorce. I'm not saying that this is a possibility or reality for all divorces or custody cases because all are different but this was just one of the many ways Mirka helped with mine. Up until that time in my life I had never needed the assistance of an attorney or ever saw the inside of a courtroom let alone be in front of a judge. As I stated earlier that my case lasted years, it was a very stressful and trying time in life for me. Mirka and her team were very understanding and compassionate for me (there clients) and helped me understand all of the legal issues that were happening. it has been because of this that the few times since my divorce that when I needed the consultation of an attorney in a different field, I've asked and gladly been able to receive a recommendation of one knowing that they will hold those same ideals and caring for there clients as Mirka does. As far as recommendations go with family law cases, I can tell you happily that there is no one better than the Law office of Mirka Nakovski. They will work tirelessly on your behalf and help come to a resolution for you that is as quick as possible and in yours and your children's best interests. I thoroughly believe that my case would have lasted much longer and been far more miserable than it was had it not been for there efforts and in my case allowed my daughter to have not just her mother but her father as well playing a daily active role in her life and not a part time or non existent father or mother. Mirka was both stern and respectful in both the court room and with dealing with the other attorneys of the case even when the other attorneys weren't. I've learned first hand that it's difficult to be cool and calm while going through a difficult time and none more difficult then a highly contested divorce or custody case and it's better to have someone who can be on your side and help you through it. When Michelle Obama said during the 2016 presidential campaign "when they go low, we go high" it reminded me of Mirka and Rhory and how they handled themselves with my case in their handling of my case. They do not bully as some attorneys do but will not be bullied either.

Mrs./Ms. Mirka has showed very big understanding, was a good listener, compassionate about my legal problems. She has got a sixth sense so she knows if the person (potential client) had really bad luck and if life circumstances put him/her in big/huge life problems. That is showing her experience in ...cases, that she could recognize human being true personality and her law skills too. She has showed big empathy to the client - mine - feelings and as the most has worked hard with her diplomatic skills needed for bilateral negotiations to make sure that my son and mine, father-son relationship is possible. She has cleaned my name from the other side accusations. She has made father-son relationship possible again. Her involvement in 2 cases helped a son to have a father again. I would recommend her professionalism, personal touch to the cases - true empathy and that she put my child interest as a main interest, that will be possible that my son will have a mother and father in his life. Her and her secretary hard work saved my life, helped me to stand up emotionally and motivated me that there are people in law system who care about the clients and the best interests of a small 4 years old child. She has motivated me by her kind words to fight in good way to be a father and be part in my son life. By her believing in me she has showed me and motivated me that I have to also fight for better life for myself so I could provide better future for my son. I would highly rank and recommend her law knowledge, her hard work, her professionalism, her involvement into cases for the best interest of the clients. I would highly recommend to the other people, potential clients to use her as your attorney at law. I will definitely use her services again if / when I will have that kind of need in future. Without her will be not possible for me to defend myself and also to be back in my son life.
